Love Letter 5: to the assistants

For the whole letter read here
Malin, whom you see on the picture, has been working with the shop stock ledgers for years. Thank goodness for her keen eye for numbers my shop and stock value has stayed true to reality. Dearest Magdalena who has an uncanny ability to structure, organize and take great care of the studio and associated tasks has resulted in my having no difficulty whatsoever over the last few years in being a studio owner. Emma, who was my first ever part-time employee, did a tremendous job of being Executive Assistant when I formed Lotus Lectures AB. Even now she spends a few hours a week making sure the website is updated and the receipts are written ...all the way from Australia.
The time that these three free up for me allows me to take time off from work.
Allows me to restore and refresh myself with hobbies, friends, travel and sleep.
What makes assistance really helpful is when the work done is done so reliably that you can completely let go and know that it will be taken care of as requested, and often better than requested. I also appreciate how much I enjoy your company as we go about our business. I thank you lovingly for your good, good work. I am so lucky to have hired your help.''
This newsletter is a good time to let us know if you will join us for Raw Silence retreat in October (some spaces still left), and to also save the dates and dream up if you will join us at the upcoming yoga holidays in January and April of 2018. Read on for detailed updates on the website via the links below.
Today Wednesday (and next Wednesday) I have one of my final open classes at Our Space so you are welcome to drop in today if you wish as todays class is confirmed as scheduled. End of June / Early July we will immerse ourselves in Yoga Varberg and hope to see many of you there.
With Love,
Mithila
