I've recently been sprouting sprouts and potting herbs so I am in the theme of organic growth :-D.
Practice, Sadhana of Yoga, has a way of showing you that every day is new, a new opportunity to choose that which enlivens you.
We can experience this by choosing to do something new every now and then, to explore ourself in a new context.
It got me reflecting on the rhythm and pace in which many of our work lives run. Many of us live with a time constriction that we either imposed upon ourselves or was imposed on us by our circumstances. What if we did not retire at 65? What if we ''retired'' at 30? What if we study at any age, work or not work at any age? I wonder what would happen if I saw each day as the first of eternity? If life is not limited by an idea of time then perhaps the pace and rhythm we are maintaining towards a defined timeline can change and we can look upon what rhythm and pace and activities best serves us and others RIGHT NOW where we are in life. Just this morning I read in a script: the only place where time is eternal is in the now. How relaxing that is to me.
Everything is energy, and as a yogini and practitioner aiming to master my own energy, I have been drawn to look into the modern situation on the radiation emitted by the technology that we so depend on. Not all of this exposure is beneficial for us, and in looking into devices that help balance, counter-balance or even transmute the negative to the positive I have started with one product and company, that came recommended to me by a student, where I have found the systems to work well.
