Dear Crew and friends,

Spring has Sprung into Summer.
New shoots, new Life.
You take a new idea, a new look, a new hobby, a new adventure that expands your experience and you are renewed with life.
I've recently been sprouting sprouts and potting herbs so I am in the theme of organic growth :-D.
Practice, Sadhana of Yoga, has a way of showing you that every day is new, a new opportunity to choose that which enlivens you.
We can experience this by choosing to do something new every now and then, to explore ourself in a new context.

Last month I gave a talk in Gothenburg about daily habits. It was the first time I talked about yoga without teaching a yoga movement class. It was new for me. And I loved it. Letting you all know that this new shoot of my interest has now sprung and I am available as a speaker at your company, events, gatherings where you wish to be moved about and guided in starting meditation, daily practice, or simply how to make lasting changes in any area of your life you wish to expand into. Yoga and daily practice teaches us how to do this in a sustainable and enjoyable way, and I am passionate about sharing this message through inspirational talks and discussions. Book me!

I have also lately taken on a small side career in acting and modeling through statist.se. So much fun! Meeting new people and working in a way that is so different to my recent norm. And yes, it is an invigorating path to grow new shoots of oneself, explore and expand.

What new shoots are you planting this spring and summer season? What will you harvest during 2019?

My student Frida is growing new shoots in her business, and she has invited me to teach a workshop at her new place of work. See below for details on our June 6th workshop. An introduction to the connection between Posture, Breath and Movement that can easily be felt, integrated and used in daily life. Based on the teachings of Hatha Yoga and, naturally, the YogaMonks Method.

May your May be full of wonder!

Looking forward to hearing from you.
Until soon,
Mithila

March Newsletter

It got me reflecting on the rhythm and pace in which many of our work lives run. Many of us live with a time constriction that we either imposed upon ourselves or was imposed on us by our circumstances. What if we did not retire at 65? What if we ''retired'' at 30? What if we study at any age, work or not work at any age? I wonder what would happen if I saw each day as the first of eternity? If life is not limited by an idea of time then perhaps the pace and rhythm we are maintaining towards a defined timeline can change and we can look upon what rhythm and pace and activities best serves us and others RIGHT NOW where we are in life. Just this morning I read in a script: the only place where time is eternal is in the now. How relaxing that is to me.

April Newsletter : EMF Care and More

Everything is energy, and as a yogini and practitioner aiming to master my own energy, I have been drawn to look into the modern situation on the radiation emitted by the technology that we so depend on. Not all of this exposure is beneficial for us, and in looking into devices that help balance, counter-balance or even transmute the negative to the positive I have started with one product and company, that came recommended to me by a student, where I have found the systems to work well.
