         (where we can use and practice the prayer mantras we learnt in the previous activity or do our own chosen prayer)

        You can also simply drop in to one or the other or both.

These techniques are especially useful in troubled times, as a way of connecting to the energy of peace and compassion, for oneself, for others. To relieve your own stress and strain, to become a vessel for receiving higher vibrations and sending/drawing energy to assist where it is needed. When the prayer connection is activated, it is an incredibly potent and powerful Sadhana that can transform not only your own situation but everything around you into miracles and blessings of Light.
