October is in full golden glow in Gothenburg and I am enjoying being home after a travel filled month in Dubai and London. I hope this letter finds you in wondrous health and spirits. I wish to share with you some of the highlights in the YogaMonks calendar in this newsletter and look forward to receiving your bookings for courses and retreats as well as to be of assistance in answering any questions you might have on our upcoming destinations. 

This month: registration for Kriyaji Visiting Gothenburg in December (book by November 10th),
lifeline to book for the Breathe in Bali retreat 2018 (book by December 1st) 
and a new date / program for the Simply Sitting in Sri Lanka retreat which has moved to August 2018, low season travel at its best.

Crew, welcome to the Crew class November 24th, registration due a week in advance. 

If you wish to order some of my purposeful prints of posters or photo book the link is here and the date to book for receiving orders before Christmas is November 15th. 

The drop-in lunch class at Yoga Treats is back on from Wednesday, November 8th.

I've recently been sprouting sprouts and potting herbs so I am in the theme of organic growth :-D.
Practice, Sadhana of Yoga, has a way of showing you that every day is new, a new opportunity to choose that which enlivens you.
We can experience this by choosing to do something new every now and then, to explore ourself in a new context.

March Newsletter

It got me reflecting on the rhythm and pace in which many of our work lives run. Many of us live with a time constriction that we either imposed upon ourselves or was imposed on us by our circumstances. What if we did not retire at 65? What if we ''retired'' at 30? What if we study at any age, work or not work at any age? I wonder what would happen if I saw each day as the first of eternity? If life is not limited by an idea of time then perhaps the pace and rhythm we are maintaining towards a defined timeline can change and we can look upon what rhythm and pace and activities best serves us and others RIGHT NOW where we are in life. Just this morning I read in a script: the only place where time is eternal is in the now. How relaxing that is to me.

April Newsletter : EMF Care and More

Everything is energy, and as a yogini and practitioner aiming to master my own energy, I have been drawn to look into the modern situation on the radiation emitted by the technology that we so depend on. Not all of this exposure is beneficial for us, and in looking into devices that help balance, counter-balance or even transmute the negative to the positive I have started with one product and company, that came recommended to me by a student, where I have found the systems to work well.
