Cannot do yoga because yoga involves sitting on the floor? - We get it!  This program is designed for everyone to be able to do yoga and meditation, anywhere, anytime, and without sitting on the floor. At most you will be lying down on the floor for some sessions. 

Find it diffcult to stay motivated to show up everyday for practice? - We get it! This program is designed to walk you through day by day of a whole year of daily practice - 365 - gradually building your independence in practice to be self-sufficient.

15 minutes per day. That's it. Just show up. And practice.
