SADHANA COURSE SCHEDULE Live and Online

Online Smaller group Sessions will be to cover/repeat the groups new homework learnt in the live class hour.

Online All group Sessions will be to cover all meditation/mantra/mudra practice work that we are doing and Q&A

Live Sessions will prioritise practicing what we have in our movement bank and adding new movement explorations.

This new schedule gives 2-3 scheduled meeting opportunities to connect each month on the sadhana course program

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation fees apply at 40 % of Course Fees if cancellations arise 21 days prior to the start of a Module and/or Package that you have signed up for.

Cancelling/dropping out of the Course during the Program will have full payment for all you have already attended and 40% cancellation fees on remaining Module and or Package sessions that you have signed up for.

Cancellations due to medical emergencies and other family emergencies will  be taken into consideration when settling cancellation fees.

If and when I have to cancel sessions/reschedule, you will be recompensed for all sessions you are missing with either new sessions or money back.
