Beyond the Boundary

We have seen over many years a successful experience of teaching our method of Sadhana to dedicated out of town students (in Dubai, California, Oslo, Germany) who see us live 2-3 times per year for all new practice material, followed up by Video Call based sessions to keep regular touch with the practice direction. Therefore we are now ready for launching in 2017 our Global YogaMonks Starting Sadhana Courses based on a combination of live Immersions in group classes and Video Call based Personal Training follow up sessions for all interested in our work who live beyond our Gothenburg boundary.
Testimonials from our students are available here on this page that is currently under construction.
You are interested in starting a daily spiritual practice of a minimum of 15 minutes a day, you wish to learn the YogaMonks Method of Yoga, and you live at least 1 hour travel outside of Gothenburg, Varberg or Halmstad. (For those closer to Gothenburg, Varberg and halmstad we have local monthly Sadhana courses in Gothenburg and Halmstad, contact us for details).
Three Immersion weekends per year with Mithila - Full Time YM Senior Teacher and Teacher Trainer - in English.
(Mithila teaches in English but is fluent in Swedish so you can always ask questions and discuss in Swedish )
The weekends with Mithila cover conversations in Yoga philosophy, Practice theory, the 15 minute home-practice specifics for the months ahead and several hours of YogaMonks Vinyasa Classes, Pranayama practice and Meditation practice with individual attention.
In between and after these meetings you have private sessions once every four weeks on Video Call with a YM Professional Teacher in English or Swedish
(Anna, Toni or Kristina - as well as one session with Mithila.
Our YM Professionals have undertaken a 5 year teacher training program and are ongoing active students of the method.)
The individual sessions in between the Immersions cover that particular months 15 minute homework specifics and progression of the practice.
All parts of this course are obligatory for the participant in order to participate in the program.
